Clayton grew up in the small town of Lake Arrowhead, California where engaging in the beauty around him was a way of life. Spending summers on the lake and winters as a competitive snowboarder became habitual. After long days working in the family landscaping business, Clayton would spend time with his dad jeeping through the mountains or racing dune buggies in the sand.

Clayton arrived in the Central Coast shortly after graduating college and marrying the love of his life, Jessica. All it took was one glance at the silver water of Shell Beach to decide this would be their new home. Awaiting Clayton was a successful career in real estate balanced with surfing, sunset walks, and newfound friendships.

Today Clayton takes full advantage of the Central Coast lifestyle. Be it jeeping through the Oceano Dunes, catching waves in Shell Beach, or walking his dog Kobe through Pismo, Clayton never loses appreciation for the ‘real’ things in life. Giving back to his community is also important to Clayton. He can often be found playing music at church, a passion he has always found great reward in. In his own neighborhood he is famous for introducing and hosting the “Best in Shell” dog show where dog owners of Shell Beach strut their dogs by the water in a day of appreciation and recognition for “man’s best friend.”
